MaxGXL Glutathione (Dietary Supplement)

For the debut entry of "Testing It Out", I'm going to feature my 7-day journal of taking MaxGXL Glutathione Dietary Supplement by Max International.

This product was introduced to me by my grandmothers to try out and sell. They want me to be their downline too, although I am quite skeptical when it comes to MLM (Multi-level Marketing), I'd like to clarify though that not all networking companies are scam. There are reputable companies too and has been in the business ranging from 10-20 or sometimes 30 years or even more and a lot of people benefited from it. Been with three (3) different network  marketing companies that I won't be naming. It always ends up me not continuing it because first, I don't believe in the product and second is that I don't believe the claims that they are saying that this (insert name of product) did cure this person with cancer and other diseases. I just find it B.S.

Two days ago, I saw a leaflet lying around here of the different benefits of GLUTATHIONE in our body.

Aside from skin whitening which is its side effect, what captured my attention is it aids in muscle repair and recovery. Fatigue and slow muscle recovery are the problems that has been hounding me since I started to do sports activities especially after workout.

So yesterday (08.27.2013), I talked to the sister of my grandma that I'd be buying one bottle but I'll be paying next month. We discussed that I'm interested in taking this so at least I know for myself if it did work especially on muscle fatigue and recovery part and at least I know what the product has done to my health and confidence if ever I'm going to be selling this too. In a way I did try to bargain that if I can have it for free in which she gladly agreed! YAY!!! \:D/

1300php / 45 = 28.88php or 29php/capsule


I was told that I should take 2 capsules every breakfast, lunch and dinner.
So 2 caps x 3 times a day = 6 caps/day
In every box there is  45 capsules.
So 45 divide by 6 = 7.5

So I'll be taking 6 capsules for 7.5 days.

Objective: To see if it helps in my muscle recovery and to power my body up. If I get whiter than my current complexion, that would be a benefit I wouldn't want to pass. ;)

These were my activities last weekend:

Friday (08.23)
- Wakeboarding
- drank beer

Saturday (08.24)
- In the morning, I went to UP with my parkour friends from PPFA (www.fb.com/ppfa09) to help in the relief operation.
- Swimming in the afternoon
- Went out to drink and party with friends that night. Slept at around 3 A.M.

Sunday (08.25)
- One fifteen minute game of laser tag with Parkour friends.

DAY ONE Monday (08.26) 
I was so floored to my bed. Body was sore and sleepy.
I started taking 2 capsules around after lunch. Then I was texted by my friend to join them in Q.C. Circle to train parkour.

It was quite sketchy for me to move around, because I'm still tired, it was drizzling and at the same time I haven't practiced parkour lately

We went separate ways around 4pm and then I noticed that I don't feel tired. When I usually am feeling exhausted after training.

Took 2 caps later that night. Still feeling quite alive than usual except that my brain already wants a shuteye.

How was it so far: So far so good. I noticed I have increased energy even after the not so rigorous jam in the afternoon. Too early to tell if this is because of MaxGXL.
